What happens if I'm selected?
You start with an evaluation — a relaxed sit-down and assessment, not a workout you have to survive. We talk about your history, what aches, and what you want to be able to keep doing, and map out a plan built from exactly where you are today. From there you're set up on a membership with $200 off your first payment.
I haven't done anything in years. Should I still enter?
